2019 Fantasy Comeback Player of the Year: Cooper Kupp
A lot of the awards Iβve handed out this year have been no brainers in my opinion, and the same can be said for Cooper Kupp as the comeback player of the year. He was not a player I was all that high on going into the year. I liked him slightly better than his ADP, I had him ranked as the WR18 compared to his 21 ADP, but obviously he smashed that ranking finishing as the WR4 in both PPR and Standard formats. And that includes a week 10 zero point performance. Coming back from an ACL tear, I thought it would take him half the season to get going, but he was great right off the get go. He went over 100 receiving yards in every game from weeks 2-5. He also likely won weeks for fantasy players in at least 5 different weeks, including a 220 yard 35 point performance in week 8. The Rams had a down year overall, but Kupp was one of the bright spots.
